Freedom Fry – “Earthquake” [Music Video]

A New York City boy and a French gal get together and form a band– the product? A beautiful use of natural sounding instrumentation, calm, soothing vocals, and one of the weirdest videos I’ve seen since Los Campesinos‘!, “Hello Sadness.” Marie Seyrat’s eerily ghost-like tone, shadowed by Bruce Driscoll’s gloomy harmonization, packs quite the punch and makes “Earthquake” a wonderfully enchanting piece of work. The duo’s latest single, “Earthquake,” will be released on Valentine’s Day via iTunes. The two are currently working on their debut LP whose release date has yet to be established.
