Fans of the classic rock group Aerosmith are in for a treat. The group has confirmed that they will be releasing their 15th studio album this summer, around the time of their Global Warming Tour, which begins on June 16. Steven Tyler has promised that the tour will be a mixture of songs off of the new album and old fan favorites.

The band has not revealed the title of the new album, but they did let slip the names of a few tracks, like “Legendary Child,” “Beautiful,” and “Out Go The Lights.” Tyler has commented that the album will be a mixture of rock, blues, and piano. He even said that guitarist Joe Perry would be singing a few songs, which is sure to be a treat.

This new album has been a long time coming, pushed back several years by a variety of incidents and tensions in the band.
